Senior Executive Compensation Consultant

The primary focus of this position is to assist Chartwell with project execution in our Compensation Consulting Practice.  Chartwell’s Compensation Consulting Practice works exclusively with privately held companies with a special emphasis on companies that sponsor an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP).  The role is designed to allow the successful candidate to gain familiarity with Chartwell’s approach to executive compensation and assist the practice leader in all aspects of practice management.  This role is marked as a leadership position at Chartwell and requires strong client-facing and project management skills. This role may also afford an opportunity to learn business valuation principles and corporate financial theory.

Basic Qualifications
  • 4 year undergraduate business degree
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in compensation benchmarking and design with a nationally recognized compensation consulting firm
