PRESENT POSITION

Diane leads the development and execution of firm-wide human resources policies and procedures, and supports executive management by providing counsel and guidance on these matters.  She is instrumental in upholding and communicating Chartwell’s core values of trust and respect through the development of effective policies.  She is responsible for overseeing talent management and acquisition, employee training and development, succession planning, organizational and performance management, and compensation.  

 

PRIOR EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Prior to joining Chartwell, Diane worked as the regional office manager for Forest City Enterprises, a mainland based developer which constructed and managed military housing in Hawaii.  She has over 20 years of human resources and office administration experience.
