Her experience in administration, human resources, and other roles during her tenure provide her with a solid foundation to support the continued growth of the firm. Currently Peggy provides administrative and strategic support to Chartwell’s CEO. She works closely with Chartwell’s executive leadership team to develop and implement corporate initiatives, and also coordinates quarterly board meetings and company-wide meetings and events. At HP, she held a variety of positions including sales, consulting, account management, and customer support. Peggy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of St. Thomas.
