Chartwell Arranges New Revolving Credit Facility for Nelson Worldwide Holdings, Inc.

Chartwell is pleased to announce that its Corporate Finance team assisted Nelson Worldwide Holdings, Inc. (“Nelson” or the “Company”) successfully execute a follow-on debt capitalization transaction. The Company’s new senior secured revolving credit facility (the “Revolver”) will provide the Company with additional working capital flexibility to achieve its near- and long-term growth, as well as reduce the Company’s cost of capital by converting a portion of its existing senior term loan, previously arranged and placed by Chartwell. As Nelson’s exclusive financial advisor, Chartwell provided value-added, impartial capital structure advice throughout the transaction process. JPMorgan Chase & Co. will serve as the Company’s Administrative Agent on the newly issued Revolver and will further serve the Company with its suite of global ancillary banking services.
