Chartwell Welcomes Leslie Delfs as Marketing Manager

MINNEAPOLIS Chartwell is proud to announce the hiring of Leslie Delfs as Marketing Manager, further expanding the firm’s mission to serve our clients for the long run.  “We are fortunate to have Leslie come alongside us during a time of rapid growth and change for our organization,” said Paul Halverson, Managing Director and CEO of Chartwell.  “Leslie is in lock-step with our mission and culture, understands the needs of the market we serve, and brings the practical experience we need to expand on our national presence.  She is a great compliment to our firm and we are excited for Leslie’s arrival.”

Delfs will build on and enhance Chartwell’s service strategy within the financial advisory marketplace.  She will work with senior leadership to create and implement a nationwide marketing plan and drive the firm’s business development strategy.  Delfs has significant experience in executing plans for professional services firms that connect complex-problem solvers with a sophisticated client set.

Delfs joins Chartwell with over 18 years of experience working in professional services marketing.  Most recently, she spent nine years in business development for three major Minneapolis law firms.  Delfs helped attorneys grow their practices and firms manage their business units.  Before her work in legal, Delfs held positions in other professional service industries, including information technology, staffing, construction, and luxury hotels.
