She will work with senior leadership to create and implement a nationwide marketing plan and drive the firm’s business development strategy. Most recently, she spent nine years in business development for three major Minneapolis law firms. Delfs helped attorneys grow their practices and firms manage their business units. Before her work in legal, Delfs held positions in other professional service industries, including information technology, staffing, construction, and luxury hotels.
