Ali Robinson

Ali is a member of Chartwell’s corporate finance practice. She supports senior members of the firm with mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, and ESOP-related ownership transition transactions. Ali has experience performing financial analyses, including valuation and cash flow modeling, as well as in creating marketing materials and gathering and preparing due diligence information.

Ali is a registered representative with Chartwell affiliate CCS Transactions, LLC and holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses.

Professional Experience

Prior to Chartwell, Ali spent over two years with Wells Fargo where she served as an investment banking analyst in the sell-side middle market M&A division.
