Josh Graff

Josh performs analysis related to Employee Stock Ownership Plans and other valuation purposes. Josh is skilled in the areas of gathering due diligence information, guideline public company analysis, as well as merger and acquisition markets. Josh also studies the economic and industry conditions that can impact a company’s financial statements.



Prior to joining Chartwell, Josh interned at a large bank where he performed cash flow analysis related to modified loans, and completed mergers and acquisition analysis of smaller banks.


As an undergraduate student, Josh spent a semester studying international finance and history in Sydney, Australia. While in Australia, Josh interned for a startup company focusing on household products and decor. His main duties consisted of competitor pricing analysis and financial reporting. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree, with distinction, in finance and accounting from the Curtis L. Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
