Laura Jo provides administrative and strategic support to Chartwell’s CEO. She coordinates corporate board and committee meetings and works closely with Chartwell’s executive leadership team to develop and implement corporate initiatives. Laura Jo is chiefly responsible for the maintenance of Chartwell’s CRM, new hire training, and board management softwares. Additionally, she provides project support and coordination for Chartwell’s dedicated advisory practice. She writes and proofs proposals, engagement agreements, and final presentations. Laura Jo also performs common administrative duties including schedule management, travel itinerary coordination, printing and binding, and general receptionist tasks.

 

PRIOR EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

Prior to joining Chartwell, Laura Jo was an Assistant General Manager for Caribou Coffee. Her responsibilities there included retaining guest satisfaction, supply ordering, recruiting and hiring, maintaining and enforcing standard operating procedures, and training new employees.

 

Laura Jo graduated magna cum laude from Gustavus Adolphus College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics and minors in computer science and theatre.
