Noah Haverlock

Noah performs analysis related to valuations of privately-held middle-market companies, including companies with Employee Stock Ownership Plans. He is skilled in the areas of gathering due diligence information and analyzing guideline public companies as well as examining merger and acquisition markets. Noah also studies the economic and industry conditions that can impact a company’s financial statements.



Noah began his career at Chartwell during his senior year of college when he participated in the firm's internship program. Prior to Chartwell, Noah interned at Donaldson Company where he assisted the financial planning and analysis team with data visualization and other finance-related tasks.


As an undergraduate student, Noah was an equity research analyst for his school’s endowment fund. He was also involved with the Twin Cities Scholars of Finance and the Financial Management Association. Noah studied abroad in Italy, China, and Guatemala. Noah graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance and economics from the University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business.
